Love this place! They have great coffee; my favorite is the seasonal/michigan specialty flavors. They have flavors like: Traverse City Cherry, Bananas Foster, Mackinaw City Fudge, etc. They have the best asiago cheese bagels in the world. The blueberry ones were lacking in blueberries when I had them. I love the whole wheat options too. They have awesome flavored cream cheeses that they mix themselves. And seasonal ones too. I love that! I wish they used organic cream cheese. (I know most places don't, but I only do organic dairy whenever possible.) The new location is super cool, industrial looking with a small-town charm. The decor is very cute. It needs a cement paved parking area though. It has a big, huge pothole outside and the area is mostly dirt. Hopefully they'll continue to improve the new location; it's almost perfect. This place is a gem! I love it!

They are NOT closed!!!! They moved. And that's only because Biggby is moving there. Not cool! But it's not far from the previous location. 3 seconds up the road. It's funny it went from Commerce rd to commerce rd. Sleeth to Bogie (for those who are familiar with this location). Did you know that there's a 4-way stop with 3 of the roads being commerce rd? I always found it strange. Which road do you turn onto? Commerce, commerce or commerce? Anyways, their bagel sandwiches are amazing! In fact, the best I've ever had. No wonder why the place was packed today. I always get the Henry Ford which is basically a turkey club. And I get it on the asiago cheese bagel. Yum!! The menu is something you will have to check out. Lots of options. Love the drinks to choose from too. My daughter doesn't like bagels so there are muffins and breads too. She gets the banana nut chocolate chip bread. 5 stars!!!!

Delicious homemade bagels and fresh coffee. They make the bagels everyday, the old school New York way of flash boiling instead of running it through a crappy conveyor belt and cooking in their own plank ovens. Sandwiches made fresh to order with excellent service and reasonable prices. Good spot for breakfast or lunch.

Great place to grab fresh hot coffee and a bagel sandwich. They have a good selection of coffee, bagels and cream cheese that vary with the season! Have never been disappointed. Very friendly staff who makes you feel welcome.

It is great to have a family owned place like this close to home! Blazing Bagels has excellent service, a huge menu, and really good coffee. I usually stop here on the way to work for a bagel and coffee. The prices are very reasonable, less expensive than the chain bagel shops. They usually brew 4-5 types of coffee, and they are all excellent. In addition to bagels, they usually have donuts, muffins, etc. They make smoothies and breakfast sandwiches too. Although I agree with the other reviews that the bagels aren't the best in town (not as doughy as I'd like), the incredibly friendly service, great prices, and convenience make it a 5 for me!

Very friendly service, nice selection, not too big that they get stale. Good sandwich menu and great coffee. I've never had a problem getting in and out quickly. They have half a dozen tables to sit and use the free wi-fi or read the paper. Also try the smoothies some time they are great!

I really like this place. It is kind of the Cheers of the bagel places. Lots of regulars and the people who work there are really friendly. Just 4 stars because the bagels are sometimes overcooked (but not usually). I totally dig the chive and onion cream cheese. They also have a variety of flavored and regular blends of coffee in those self serve pump things. The coffee is always good.
